These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Movoza mobile application and related services operated by Tazmo Labs Timothy Foster ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Movoza, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Movoza. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts
You may access Movoza using email/password, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or anonymous login.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information where required
- maintaining the security of your account
- all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Movoza in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not:
- misuse or interfere with the app or its systems
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services
- reverse engineer or exploit the app except where permitted by law
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- upload or submit content you do not have the right to use
4. User Content
You may submit content such as names, text, audio, speech input, and other materials.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve Movoza.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to provide it.
5. Voice and Audio Features
Movoza may process audio, speech, or text using third-party services such as Microsoft Azure Speech Services. By using these features, you understand that data may be transmitted and processed to provide functionality.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Movoza may offer paid features or subscriptions. If purchased through Apple or Google, billing and management are handled through your relevant store account.
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
- you are responsible for managing your subscription
- payments are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy
Access to paid features may be revoked if payment fails.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, are required by law, or if the service is discontinued.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account where available.
8. Intellectual Property
Movoza and all related content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Tazmo Labs Timothy Foster and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Service Availability
We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimer
Movoza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, or the minimum required by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tazmo Labs Timothy Foster from claims arising from your use of the app, your content, or violations of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of Movoza is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
